Working within the parameters of the extensive roof tile manufacturing technology that the company have acquired over many years, Vortex Hydra have now successfully developed a range of different concrete building products that are complimentary to the roof tile and can be produced using the same ‘extrusion process’, so adding to the flexibility of the company’s machinery and production plants. These additional products include concrete cladding panels and boundary wall top coping units that have been recently developed to meet the needs of a valued customer who wanted to produce coping units using extruded concrete techniques in preference to the conventional ‘wet casting’ methods usually employed. In addition the customer also wanted to manufacture concrete cladding panels on the same production line.
