H. Katzenberger Beton- und Fertigteilwerke Ges.m.b.H, a member of the Syspro Group, delivered to an unusual building project from November 2005 until May 2006. The project in question is the ‘Casa Cascada’, a residential building with 40 subsidised flats, 8 of which were roof maisonettes with an option to buy. From the cellar, with its 32 parking spots, to the 2nd roof storey, approx. 3,200m2 of double walls and 3,000m2 of element ceilings were installed. The distinctive features of this project were the polygonal double-wall elements which were used to construct the roof storeys.
