Besser Company is pleased to announce that the acquisition of Grubb AMC of Longueuil, Quebec, Canada, was completed on 15 April 2008. The deal includes future product development projects and the Stone Aging Machine (SAM), Section Feeding Box for Drum Tumblers and the Tumbler for the concrete products industry that were part of a marketing and manufacturing agreement signed in 2005. As part of the agreement Wallace Grubb becomes a product development consultant to Besser Company.
