A fully automatic Poyatos system for the production of concrete blocks was installed by Çevik Yapi – Izobims in July 2012 in the company’s new facility in Kayseri, Turkey. The Poyatos system consists of digitally controlled machine units that provide the greatest possible accuracy during the manufacturing process thanks to their compact structure and resilience. Poyatos also uses components that make it possible to fall back on local suppliers and service providers if need be, thus allowing the greatest possible degree of independence. Nevertheless, Poyatos maintains a full stock and provides its services around the clock. The latter is not a problem due to the fact that the distance between Turkey and Spain is not an insurmountable obstacle to appropriate cooperation between both companies.
