The present article describes a study on the determination of rheological parameters of polypropylene fibre reinforced fresh mortar (PFRFM) and polypropylene fibre reinforced fresh concrete (PFRFC) in the form of their respective yield value g and plastic viscosity h. During experimentation, PFRFM and PFRFC behaved as a Bingham or nonlinear Herschel-Bulkley bodies. The rheological parameters were determined using two rheometers: one for mortars and the other for concrete mixes. In the course of the research, the experimental verification of the influence of w/c ratio, superplasticiser dosage (SP), fibre volume fraction and fibre length on the rheological properties of PFRFM and PFRFC were investigated. The first step in this research was a rheological identification of PFRFM and PFRFC, which was achieved with the help of experimental flow curves and the application of adequate models and rheological equations. Subsequently, these factors were analysed and their influence on the rheological behaviour of fresh mortar and concrete was investigated.
