Since 1960 Valcke Prefab Beton manufactures different precast elements. Besides pre-stressed beams, wall elements of various shapes, colours and designs are part of the product line. The entire production facility of the company is spread out on an area of 25 ha. As a result washwater as well as leftover concrete is generated at different locations throughout the plant. Currently both washwater and leftover concrete is led and collected locally in settling pits.
