In recent years, since the introduction of the Eurocode-orientated dimensioning according to DIN 1045:2001, the widespread use of precast slabs with in-situ topping in Germany has resulted in increasing demands for suitable reinforcing systems for shear force and punching shear in highly loaded ceiling areas that can be installed in the precasting plant with a minimum of problems. Different types of lattice girder and/or double-headed systems usually have very specific areas of application, these almost always being only bond/shear force reinforcement (KTS) or only punching shear reinforcement (double-headed bolts). The ease of installation and the implementation of the additional reinforcements in the plant and on the building site must thereby be evaluated differently.
