During the International Seminar on Earthquake Resistance of Precast Structures that was organized at the end of September 2011 in Athens, Greece, Echo Engineering presented a practical solution that can be added to every existing Echo Slipformer. With the new device, the side surfaces are profiled in a way that untopped seismic-resistant floor diaphragms made of hollow core floor slabs can be realized.
