The task was to industrially manufacture precast concrete staircases, which had previously been manufactured mainly with conventional production systems, with the lowest possible personnel and material costs. For this purpose, it was necessary to take the industrial idea into account in the overall manufacturing process, even for a single batch size, and thus significantly reduce manufacturing costs. This challenge was successfully solved by Reprect. The basic ideas and the associated inventions for industrial production were developed by Reprect and developed in a practical manner together with the Oberndorfer company.
