Under the long-standing management of Ulrich Lütkenhaus, the company B. Lütkenhaus GmbH from Dülmen has been a pioneer in sustainability in the concrete industry for years. In May 2023, Lütkenhaus was awarded the Concrete Sustainability Council (CSC) Certificate in Gold. The CSC is a global certification system that indicates how a company is ecologically, socially and economically responsible in the concrete, cement and aggregate sectors. In November 2023, Lütkenhaus opted for a Flotmat-04-K recycling plant from Geco Recycling GmbH, situated in Ketsch, Germany, for the existing mixing plant of the precast factory.
