The Würschum air entrainment meter (water column)* is the contemporary version of the original Klein air entrainment meter from 1946. Contemporary because the injected water quantity is determined by weighing with calibrated scales. This means that certified laboratories can also have an approval-compliant device for determining the air content of concrete.
