The new assistance system for concrete compaction makes it possible to compact precast concrete elements easily, transparently and with reproducible quality. The data-based assistance system provides facility operators with objective information about the compaction process and real-time information about compaction progress. ConcreTec also helps to avoid imperfect concrete compaction and reduce noise pollution caused by unnecessarily intensive compaction. The underlying compaction model takes into account not only the geometry of concrete components, but also fresh concrete properties.
