Multi-functional precast concrete parts for energy-efficient and ecologically conscious use are produced on modern manufacturing plants at Hermann Rudolph Baustoffwerk GmbH in Weiler-Simmernberg in Germany. Apart from high quality standards and pronounced safety consciousness in the manufacturing process of precast concrete parts, possibilities for more rational production and further improvement of working conditions are always utilised. Hence, the new magnet and formwork technology from B.T. innovation GmbH of Magdeburg, which considerably facilitates work by means of significant savings on weight and by improvements in adhesive force among other things, has been in the use since March 2010 for the process of manufacturing order-related individual parts and small series.
