Betonwerk Bieren GmbH manufactures climate-friendly products for its customers in Germany and Benelux at three locations. It also provides simple solutions, tailor-made offers and reliable alternatives always with customised functionality. The company’s product portfolio includes an extensive civil engineering programme of concrete and reinforced concrete pipes of various designs, from frame profiles right up to a wide range of manhole elements. Betonwerk Bieren GmbH has depended primarily on ma- chines from Colle, an Italian manufacturer, for producing vibration-compacted pipes and manhole elements since the purchase of the first pipe machine in 1984. Its latest acquisition, a Vibromatic pipe and manhole ring machine, has now been put into operation at the Bad Oeynhausen site. Wagener and Polascheck, who represent Colle in German-speaking countries, played a key role in the project.
