Schöck Bauteile GmbH of Baden-Baden has acquired the GFRC stopend formwork product sector from Hermann Rudolph Baustoffwerk GmbH of Weiler-Simmerberg as of 1 January 2009. All patent rights, product know-how and the distribution structure for Rudolph’s GFRC products are hence transferred to the structural component manufacturer Schöck.
