A few weeks ago, the Klinstroydetal company put an ultra-modern production plant for the manufacture of precast slabs with in-situ topping and double walls into operation in Klin, Russia. The plant consists of a turnkey pallet circulation plant with a fully automatic reinforcement robot. Through intensive consultation services, it was possible to meet virtually all of the requirements of Russian construction companies. Whether residential construction, industrial construction or social facilities, all areas are covered by this concept of building system and pallet circulation plant. As experienced partners in the overall design of plant equipment, Sommer Anlagentechnik was engaged as general contractor, Filzmoser for the supply of steel processing equipment, and SAA Engineering as the controller and software supplier. The Filigran Russia company made a major contribution to the success of the project with its outstanding market knowledge and expertise. The project was completed within just 11 months (from the issuing of the order to the commissioning of the pallet circulating plant).
