A UK precast concrete services company is celebrating the inauguration of the largest university in the Middle East which took place as scheduled on 23 September. As part of the construction programme, Spiroll Precast Services was commissioned by Saudi Oger, one of the largest construction firms in Saudi Arabia, to establish a turnkey factory for the continuous production of prestressed hollowcore slabs.
