Thanks to its peculiar quality to create any kind of forms, concrete offers freedom to architects in their design. “Le Pôle Culturel” with its random concrete frame is a good example of this freedom and illustrates how concrete can achieve high architectural design. The topic of this paper is to describe the different steps of the design and the construction of the façade of this building.
