… with ready-mix and high performance concretes A new Liebherr Betomat IV-515 mixing tower has been commissioned at Hans Rinninger & Sohn GmbH & Co. KG precast concrete component and concrete goods production facilities in Kisslegg (Allgäu). The Betomat IV-515 replaces a previous Liebherr mixing plant which had been in operation for 42 very successful years. The new IV-515 mixing tower can hold up to 515 m³ aggregates in ten silo chambers. Materials with particle sizes up to 32 mm are fed into the mixing tower via a galvanised bucket elevator with a conveying capacity of 140 m³/h. The system possesses five binding agent silos each with a 100 tonne capacity as well as a partitioned binding agent silo with 2 x 50 tonne capacity. A total of seven different binding agents can be stored in this way.
