Zenith Emden GmbH recently presented the new Zenith 1500 concrete block making machine, which was designed to be particularly flexi- ble and easy for customers to adapt. Thanks to the bolted construction of the vibrating table, the motor cross beam and the bolted side parts of the frame, this machine can adapt itself to the customer’s production conditions. The machine is designed for various board sizes, which makes it very flexible. Production is possible on sheet metal, wood and plastic underlay boards. According to Zenith the machine is particu- larly suitable for high products. However, ease of maintenance and high energy efficiency were also major consideration in the development of the Zenith 1500.
