J. Schnurrer GmbH & Co. KG was founded 75 years ago at Weiden in Upper Palatinate. Today, the family business is run by the third generation and is one of the main manufacturers of concrete civil engineering products in Bavaria. Schnurrer has positioned itself both as a producer with its own concrete works and as a building material wholesaler. In cooperation with renowned manufacturers Schnurrer is able to offer its discerning customers a wide range of quality products for underground construction applications as well as garden and landscape design. At its Weiden facility the company produces concrete pipes with difference dimensions, a full range of manhole components and custom products, as well as large manhole structures. All products meet the stringent requirements of the FBS quality guidelines. The company was therefore awarded the FBS quality mark certification. Steinbach concrete works is a 100% subsidiary of Schnurrer based in Penig in Eastern Germany. The company is also an FBS member and produces concrete products for underground construction applications
