The National Precast Concrete Association (precast.org) plans four days packed with a variety of events at its 49th Annual Convention, Oct. 22-25 at Le Centre Sheraton in Montreal. In addition to the annual business meeting and committee sessions, NPCA plans a host of execu- tive-level educational courses from a dynamic set of presenters and plant tours to two of the Montreal area's leading precast plants and the award-winning Lafarge Cement Plant in St. Constant, Quebec.
