On 30/31st October 2013 the IPHA Technical Seminar was held in Epernon, France. Epernon is the home of Cerib, the study and research institute of the French concrete industry. The subject addressed in the IPHA Technical Seminar was the Holcofire project. Before the seminar the participants could either choose for a visit to the A2C Préfa factory for hollow core and wall production, or a visit to the research premises of Cerib.
