The topic for the international students’ Concrete Design Competition for the winter term 2013/14 is ‘Elegance - exploring intelligent solutions’. The competition for designing with concrete, which was initiated by the European cement and concrete industry, has been held regularly since 2003. It is aimed at students of architecture, urban planning, interior architecture, civil engineering, design and related disciplines at the universities of the countries involved - in addition to Germany these are currently the Netherlands, Belgium, Turkey and Ireland.
