Malinovski Kombinat Steel Reinforced Concrete Products (MK GBI for short) has just put the first construction stage of a Rekers concrete block making plant into operation and produced the first concrete goods. The first construction stage thereby encompasses the new concrete block making machine type RS 1 KV as well as an extensive handling system for the production pallets, including an existing tilt mould machine. The scope of delivery also includes the feeding and corresponding removal system for the curing racks, a packaging unit and a bucket track for supplying the concrete block making machine with fresh concrete. In future the most diverse special products will be manufactured at Malinovski Kombinat up to a size of 1200 x 500 x 300 mm with and without facing concrete, with and without reinforcement, with and without sub-profiling in the longitudinal direction, with and without sub-profiling in the transverse direction and products with inserts.
