The 6th demonstration fair for the building materials industry, which took place between 7th and 10th September 2005, was as successful as hoped in literally recapturing something of their best times. But the twelve per cent increase in exhibitors was not the only factor. Rather, the huge response from specialist visitor and the above-average satisfaction shown by the exhibitors on the demonstration areas more than confirmed that this lively fair was a "good idea". The overall success is already having an impact on future events. A series of initial options for the next Steinexpo at the beginning of September 2008 were available even before the conclusion of this year's fair.
