With around 50,000 visitors from more than 100 countries and 742 exhibitors from all over the world, bauma China 2004 turned out to be the most successful and largest international trade fair for the construction industry in Asia. In total, over 50 percent more trade visitors, 62 percent more exhibitors and an increase of 143 percent exhibition space, made the second international trade fair for building and building materials machines, construction vehicles and building equipment more than twice as large as the premiere event in 2002.
