The BFS development engineers set themselves the goal of developing an innovative concrete protection system for lining the inner surfaces of concrete and steel reinforced concrete pipes, concrete manholes, concrete containers and other concrete components in order to avoid the interior corrosion of the structural elements in case of increased chemical attack and thus to further increase the range of uses of these concrete products. A further principal goal of the development was to leave the creation of value in the production of these concrete structural elements with the concrete pipe and manhole manufacturers.
