The investment of XCMG in Schwing last summer marked the beginning of an unusual part- nership involving two market leaders. In December 2012 the next step towards successful cooperation was taken with the founding of a joint venture in China. "In signing this joint venture agreement, we have become the only business in the concrete machinery sector whose companies have entered a reciprocal shareholding agreement."
