The Ukraine reasserted its place on the European map after the “Orange Revolution”. On a longterm basis the present reform processes should lead the country to ready itself for possible entry into the EU. The outlook for economic development in the country has clearly improved. The brisk investment activity is expanding especially in the construction sector.
