Premix glass fiber reinforced concrete products are formed by mixing pre-chopped glass fibers and a sand/cement concrete (no large aggregate) and processing the resulting fiber reinforced composite. This paper discusses the commonly used mixing processes and the methods of manufacture of Premix glass fiber reinforced concrete products. The composite will be referred to in the shortened term Premix.
