Although the production of lattice girder floors and double wall elements on circulation plants has been widespread for many years, compli - cated wall and sandwich elements are still predominantly produced on tilting tables (stationary manufacturing) (fig. 1). Demands on the circulation plant as a hardware/software unit that are not relevant in the production of lattice girder elements become important if such elements are also to be produced on circulation plants. This article is intended to show the differences that exist in the preparation of plans, the production planning and the reuse of formwork elements, and how the demand for the minimisation of formwork costs in the production of complex wall elements can be fulfilled with proven approaches and existing software.
