Robert H. Konoske, vice president and general manager of Coreslab Structures (LA) Inc. in Perris, Calif., has been named the 2007 chairman of the Board of Directors for the Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute. His plans for the coming year are to help “reintroduce members and the construction industry in general to the value that PCI offers, and to reinforce the benefits of membership and participation.”
