Lithonplus was created in 2004 by the merger of Heidelberger Baustoffwerke, a concrete goods manufacturer, and Schwenk Betontechnik with its headquarters in Lingenfeld. The company is a leading producer of paving stones, slabs and special products in Germany, where production is carried on in 16 locations throughout the country. As part of a new overall planning concept, Thalfingen was chosen as the centre for finishing slabs and paving stones in southern Germany.
