Zaragoza will be the host-city for the World Expo of 2008 and the theme of the Expo is “water and sustainable development.” In anticipation of this major event, which will require many different types of concrete elements, Largo Cem has recently expanded its operation by commissioning a new plant that features Columbia Machine’s new 1400e large pallet machine.
