Oran Precast, one of the largest precast concrete element manufacturers in Ireland, took the decision to upgrade its inventory management and logistics. The firm was no longer able to handle these tasks manually because of the numerous major projects in which it is involved. This report describes the implementation of an all-embracing store management system which currently controls the whole process.
