A new pipe and precast plant has been installed and commissioned for Wisconsin Concrete Products (WCP) in Kiel, Wisconsin of the United States, in December of 2006. This plant has been established to meet the ever growing demand for high quality pipe and precast products, and to realize savings in both cement and labor costs.
