At the end of the 1970s, the first machines appeared that significantly simplified the bending of stirrups and brought about a profitability that had been unknown up to that time. Whereas before that rod had first been cut to length and then bent manually into stirrups on table bending machines, production could now be performed directly from the coil – automatically, quickly and with no appreciable interruptions. The economical production of stirrups without stirrup bending machines has been inconceivable since then. It is even more economical and simple if trust is placed in modern technology and all possibilities on offer are used.
