The European regulations for health and safety in the concrete and precast industry relating to the operation (or, to put it more precisely, the provision and use) of machines and plants are aimed at both employers and employees. In order for the regulations to be binding, these must be implemented in the national legislation of the member states, whereby higher requirements than the minimum requirements can be retained or additionally specified at national level.
