Lebbin-Beton contracted the Bibko company from Beilstein, Germany to design a ComTec residual concrete recycling system featuring a buffer. Contrary to conventional recycling plants, this system comprises the high performance buffer installed right before the actual washout machine. The advantage of this system layout is that trucks will be permitted to discharge their residual concrete in individual shots rather than all at once.
