Due to the non-usability of the entire residual water in the Dachser company’s concrete works, a chamber filter press was ordered from the Bibko company of Beilstein, Germany. With three high-capacity ready-mix concrete works, the German company Dachser is one of the leading suppliers in the Allgaeu region. The density of the residual water in the recycling water tank was always increasing due to the residual water not being 100 percent reused. The consequence of this was that residual water had to be pumped into sedimentation tanks in order to allow the fine particles to settle. This in turn provided the opportunity to top up the residual water tank with fresh water. The density could therefore be reduced accordingly.
