Brüninghoff optimised its concrete mix design and made production more climate-friendly and resource-efficient. The group of companies did not only fundamentally reduce the use of concrete through the production of hybrid wood-concrete composite components, but has also changed to a less CO2-intensive type of cement for the remaining concrete quantities and relies on recycled aggregates.
