The continuous development of road infrastructure in Poland creates a steady demand for high standards precast concrete elements. This time, it is about a major road construction project under development in northern Po- land, completing one stretch of the S3 Expressway and efficiently improving the connection between the seaports of Świnoujście and Szczecin. Polaqua, a major engineering and construction group with a wide portfolio of projects in the country, was awarded the contract and decided to take a step beyond, by setting up a mobile precast plant for prestressed girders to carry out its own production.
