The Clixs®2.0 – punching shear and composite reinforcement system increases the load-bearing capacity of flat floors by more than double the concrete load-bearing capacity. Special punched and angled steel plates, which are placed together with the lower reinforcement on spacers and connected to the upper reinforcement layer via suspended stirrups, make up this reinforcement system. The punching shear and composite load-bearing capacity, the manufacture and assembly of line elements made of L plates as well as possible applications of the Clixs 2.0 system according to the European Technical Assessment ETA 19/0310 of 21 February 2022 [1] will be described and illustrated using the example of an internal support. The model calculation and a graphical representation of the result will be generated using the Clixs 2.0 calculation programme from Betomax Systems [4].
