Founded in 2010, Innogration GmbH from Bernkastel-Kues develops, produces and markets multifunctional precast floor components. The elements are marked out by the fact that they can serve other purposes besides a load-bearing function. Their innovative load-bearing concept using prestressed sandwich elements combines the possibility of spanning great widths (up to 30m) with slender cross-sections whilst, at the same time, accommodating ductwork for technical building equipment (TBE) and household systems including heating and cooling systems (thermo-activation).
