One of the purposes of using precast versus cast in place is to industrialize the production process of the casted elements thereby not only rising the quality but also attaining savings because of increased productivity. When making wall panels on fixed or tilting tables one of the issues is having to adjust the shuttering position in accordance to the required panel height. The traditional way to do this would be to have shutters attached to the table by magnets. Each time one changes the panel width, the position of the magnets and shutters has to be changed which implies labor costs and set-up times. Per request of international and national clients Moldtech has been providing completely hydraulic solution which automatizes this action.
