Gravix is a DOT/Rail precast retaining wall system developed to make retaining wall construction easier through modular installation and sustainable through 100% precast material. With over 200,000 square feet installed across the U.S. and Canada, Gravix boasts innovation already transforming the industry with patents worldwide. The system features an integrated traffic barrier, which passed the MASH TL-4 impact test as an “all precast” traffic barrier. Utilizing Gravix, precasters are able to provide a complete retaining wall package from bottom of wall to top of barrier to highway contractors who then install the modular precast units quickly using less labor. In the end, the contractor achieves higher installation rates, saving time and money. Forix is a precast retaining wall system designed with identical methodology to Gravix but consists of 1/3 to 1/2 the weight of conventional solid block systems. The Forix system has the ability to work in tight sites as a gravity wall or MSE with geogrid.
