Till the previous decade, carrousel plants or circulation plants were often known as the most ideal and cost-effective solution for the repetitive pouring of single sided fair-faced walls. However, the increasingly complex specifications required by constructors and architects towards a larger variation in types of walls, raises questions regarding this production model. This demand for greater variation reflects in the demand for more different and greater thicknesses of walls, from 120mm up to 400mm, greater thicknesses of insulation in the sandwich panels, possibilities for washed and coloured concrete, applications with form-liners. A layout with multiple individual tilting tables provides enough flexibility in response to this larger variation. After a thorough analysis of the market, both the managers of Markuçiai UAB (Lithuania) and Establishment Jules Simon (Belgium) came to this conclusion. They both invested in a new production facility with multiple individual tilting tables in order to form an appropriate response to this market demand. For the design and installation of the tilting tables, they both chose for a partnership with Construx.
