The Morton Group is one of the three largest property developers in Russia and number 1 in the Moscow region. It actively promotes the modern property market in Russia. In order to maintain and further strengthen this position, the Morton Group will start up a new automatic production plant for the manufacture of steel reinforced precast concrete elements in the 2nd quarter of 2014. A separate company has been established under the name of ‘DSK GRAD’ for this. This precast factory will have a capacity of 500,000 square metres of living space per year. However, the factory will not only handle orders from ‘Morton’, but will also take on orders from other investors and building contractors who wish to build high-quality and technically sophisticated houses.
