Elematic group, a leading technology provider to precast concrete producers, has acquired the entire share capital of X-TEC Oy Ltd, a worldwide supplier of hollow core slab machines. X-TEC will continue its operation as a separate company in Elematic group. The acquisition supports Ele- matic’s growth strategy: proforma revenues of the group are expected to exceed EUR 70 million in 2006.
